Default Cylinder misfire problem...... please help!

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a 1996 850 GLT Wagon. It runs great except when I'm stopped at a light she has a shake, when my son plugged the computer in it said it has a misfire on cylinder 2 and 4, I put in new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, as well as fuel injector cleaner, when we checked again it said that cylinder 2 is misfiring, but it no longer shows cylinder 4. Where else should I check? I would really appreciate any help on this issue since this is my daily driver and I don't want to do anymore damage. Thank you, Nelson.

Plugs, wires, cap and rotorshould have solved it. How about a compression test on cyl#2?

Do a compression test on all the cylinders.

Make sure you do a wet test on the cylinders that have low compression to see if the problem is in the head or with the pistons.

I imagine you have already triple checked that the spark plug wire boot is correctly seated on cyl #2, and that the spark plug is correctly installed. Bad threads would make the spark plug be positioned incorrectly.

Thank you all for your help, I haven't had much time to look at it with work and all, but I will check it all this weekend, Nelson.
