Default Daughters wagon build

This is the original car I bought for the manual swap on yellow.
The original plan was to make it an Auto. Well after consulting many wiring diagrams and looking it over it was going to be way to much work to convert to auto.
So I happen to come across a deal from a buddy of mine. He was converting his 98 S70 manual to a turbo manual. I helped out in the swap and did some other work to get the price of his old stuff cheap for me.

So this weekend coming up it is getting a 98 S70 motor and being converted back to a manual trans. This was supposed to happen last Sunday but ended up in the hospital Sat night till Wed night.

So Next Sunday the project begins.
Here is the car when I got it.

After the first few things.
Blacked out grill, tinted corner lights, and cut rear springs. I cut a coil off the top of the front ones but that turns out to be the dead coil. So another coil will come off.

After next weekend it will be getting a few other goodies on it.
I will keep this post updated. It also gives me some time to take pics to add to my manual swap thread since have to do it all over again on the wagon.

My turbo wagon is that same color. We decided to call it grape rape.

I am unsure of the motor in there now. It also just does not sound right to me.
I know the 98 motor ran like a champ as a daily driver.

Turkey It is a pretty cool color and I think about as rare as the platinum color.

Smooth color. How are you going to get your daughter in that wagon? It must look real cool when you're done. I can't even get my daughter to drive my wagon. LOL

She likes the wagon and cannot wait for it to be done.
One day it might even see a turbo motor under the hood
