Default Difference in rear coil spring sedan to wagon?

Does anyone know what the difference in design and or size of the rear coil springs in an 850 or 70 sedan compared to the wagon?
Is anyone running a sedan spring in a wagon and if so what difference have you noticed?

Yes they have different spring rates but look physically the same. The wagon are a tad stiffer i believe, so if you ran sedan springs on a wagon they would sag some and bottom out easier going over bumps.
