They don't have a Valve Cover gasket. When you take the cam cover off to expose the cams and the valves you have to get a sealant from Vovlo and put it on with a paint roller, then put you cam cover back on. It's a real pain in the ??? in my opinion. You never know exactly how much to put on. I've heard you should not use anything other than the Volvo sealant, and it's about $30 a tube.

Correct only the Volvo sealer works good.

Where exactly is it leaking from?

Have you checked under the cover to make sure it isn't from the oil cap seal leaking?

You might have a clogged Vent box causing it to push oil out the Cap.

If you remove/replace the Vent box it will take you a while you have to remove the intake to get to it.

If you take the intake off, the bottom bolt holes on the intake have slots in them so you don't have to take the bolts out all the way. That makes if much easier to put back on. Otherwise lining up the gasets would be real tough.
