Default ECC will only change temp when it is set to 0 -"off"

I swear tis car is great but its starting to **** me off.

I read the thread about the ECC not maintaining auto temp but i dint see my situation mentioned in there.

Ok ladies and gents here we go.

If i were to get in my car and drive around with the fan speed set to 0 (OFF) I can turn the temp ***** and they temp will change on the incoming air immediately.
The dual temp zones works like a charm. The air incoming is just outside air coming in from me driving the car but i can control it.

As soon as i turn the fan up BOOM instant cold. I can press the A/C off button and it makes a little difference but nothing significant.
It only gets warm, err smoking hot, when I turn the ***** up to max heat.

My filled up my a/c a few days ago and it is frosty cold, but this problem has been with me since last summer ( when i got the car).

I'll try blowing out the little fans over the grab handles tomorrow.

Winter is on its way and I now have a gf. I can deal with freezing my ***** off alone but girls really don't like that too much.

If the lil fan idea doesn't pan out, got any ideas?

The electric motors might need to be recalibrated.

Sorry to say but only someone with a Volvo scanner can do it.
