Question

emissions failure

OK here we go. My 850 turbo, 1995 failed twice. High hydro carbons and CO.
I changed the oil & filter, and the plugs, which were pretty shot. Hooked up the code reader
and got P0130 and P0135. Is that O2 sensor?

Yes;

P0130 is Front HO2S Signal error

and

P0135 is Front HO2S Preheating circuit error

which would tell me that your front O2 sensor is either completely failed or unplugged.

Thanks! Somewhat easy fix. Hopefully that cures the problem.

it should....

Also run the car a little while right before you get it tested...A warm cat works better then a cool cat.
