The most important part is HEAT..
Use a heat gun to keep the paint flexible and it wont flake or crack..
But be careful to much heat and you could blister the clear..
Here is the fender roller I bought, It has since grew legs and walked away but its awesome, it makes the job sooooooo easy.

Twiin: running a 225/45/17. I rub when i hit bumps (the outer edge of the tire hits the fender inner liner and metal fender) and rub the inside edges a little bit when i turn. I think 5 mm spacers will fix that, but not until the fenders are rolled.
MadMtt: Running H&R springs. drop is supposed to be about 1.6"

I rub like mad on the rear when I have passengers back there. No spacers in the front at all but i still scrub whenever I hit a bump, gilber. I suspect it has more to do with the width tire im running than offset. If I wasnt running the 15mm offset in the rear, I think the tire would be hitting the inner fender pretty bad.
Also, I scrub the front pretty bad when I turn the wheel all the way to lock. I think a 5 mm spacer in the front would go a long way towards fixing that, once i rolled the fenders.
