Crashed the front of our 850 wagon so I bought another 850 as a parts car. The parts car had factory fog lights in the bumper cover, so I connected the wiring that was in our car. I put the switch into the dash, again connecting the wiring. I put the relay in that was noted as fog lights and made sure there was a fuse in slot #18. The lights do not come on. What else needs to be connected and/or what do I check?

Re-check all the wiring for breaks/ shorts. If it is ok, pull the plug and see if you get powwer to the lights themselves. Lastly, check to see if the bulbs are good

 

You need to install the headlight relay and jumper relay.
