Anybody have any experience removing the plastic window covering the gauges and where besides Volvo to buy a replacement for a '97 850?

 

Your going to have to remove the gauge cluster then there should be some clips that hold the plastic frame and glass on, my guess is that you can only buy them as an assembly. Why do you want to replace it?

I would recommend that if you do pull the cluster that you replace all of the bulbs so you never have to pull it again.
