Ok well I have a laundry list of things that I need some input on..Ok well the car was my sisters and she got a new one because she neglected the hell out of it, and I told my Dad that I wanted to fix it and rip that around..

1. Not building boost (shot turbo, PCV system clog, or ????)
2. extreme misfire or fuel delivery issue (when i got to accelerate the car misfires and hesitates and bucks like it isnt getting fuel.) My dad did a fuel filter a while back and seems like the hesistation got worse since then. Maybe he put the filter put in backwards?
3. Sure there's more but more investigating is needed...

 

check your turbo hoses, if one is ripped it will run and driveablity issues

 

1. As stated already check the intercooler hoses. If they are good check the vacuum lines to the turbo. Does the boost gauge show a vacuum?
2. Does the check engine light flash? Last tune up?

 

As for the vacuum I am not sure. Ill fire it up tomorrow and check and Im am pretty sure the engine light is on.. im gonna check the plugs and all the wires and the hoses and any other possible loose wires.
