Default Heated seats

I just had my center console out and noticed that I had sockets for the heated seat switches. I am wondering if I could just put two switches in and I would have heated seats. Does anyone know if all seats have the heating elements in them? How could I go about checking to see if my seats have heating elements in them? I would love to buy a couple used switches for $20 on ebay and have heated seats.

Most seats don't have teh elements in them.
If they do you will see a module under the seat like right in the front.
Not the one the seat switch plugs into.
I installed a new set of seats in my white one and added the switches and as far as I know they work fine.(I live in Fla and it really doesn't get that cold)But the seats came out of a car with heated seats.
