There are the worker relais underneath the Fusebox cover. Also the ignition barrel contact plate is a candidate for odd electric behaviour

The manual has all the information you need concerning the fuses.
For the engine Nr 7 and 8 are important. Also Nr 2 for the Fuelpump relay. Check the fuses using an ohmmeter as there are broken ones which still look ok .

Other than that take off the lid over the Fusebox (4x Torx 25) and have a look at the small black relays with "J" written on them. The first 2 from the left are important for the engine and climate. These are the "workers" relays which provide more ore less everything with power .

right now i dont have any instrument gauges, ECC radio, yet the car turns over and doesnt
start this is what im trying to find out...which relays control these electrics.. and I'm terrible with elec so any newbie inst would be helpful..

You might also have an ignition switch problem. Sometimes when things don't work and you turn off and restart and they do it's the ignition switch that's starting to go. It has a lot of stuff running through it.

The relays are one layer down from the regular fuses.
