The horn on our 850 stopped working. I don't think it is a fuse problem since the wipers still work and they are supposed to be on the same fuse. Any suggestions??

 

It is in the steering wheel. The wires in the wheel mess up and then the horn won't work.

Most likely that is what it is.

Someone online sells a repair kit to fix it.

 

Check if there is current in the wires to the horn itself. If there is 12VDC at the horn terminals, then you need a new horn. I have changed both of them already. Those aftermarket horns do not last long (1-2 years)
