Default How can I distinguish what Ecu my car has?

I have a t5-r checked the vin to authenticate. it only boosts to about 9.5 like a turbo model so I am thinking the ecu isn't a real t5-r ecu.

The ecu in the slot closest to the engine has no Bosch tag on the top where i normally see the 628 like I have seen in other pictures. The numbers on top are as follows:
P01275107 CP01
IT2653563 T94413311 8.2 in big lettering at the bottom

Help me!!!

The '96 R ECU I had was labeled 7.2. I'll check the one in my '95 in a few minutes.

I keep forgetting to check. I'll double check my '95 one right now to see if it's the same as the '96+ ECU's.

Here is a picture of mine , see mine doesnt have that tag where the 628, mines shorter. So since it says 8.2 would that be a newer ecu?

Alright just as I suspected. The car still feels incredibly powerful with it in there. Maybe I will hunt a real t5-r ecu and have the current one orange tuned by ARD.
Thanks guys for all the input!

Why would you get rid of the ARD orange for a stock 628 ecu?
If you want I have a stock 628 ECu, Ill do a even trade for yours..

No your misunderstanding me, I want to take the current one thats it the car that i posted pics of and get it orange tuned and buy a real 628 t5-r ecu so I still have the correct stock and a tune.

2 years going on 3, I checked the vin and everything matches t5r specs, creme yellow paint code. yes outside edge suede an inside grey/black leather. Shes real, maybe the ecu went out and they just replaced it with a turbo, since a t5-r ecu isn't the easiest to find.

Oh, they likely swapped it into another car and just thought you'd never find out.
