How long are recalls honored?
I seen the 850 has recall where they will replace the throttle body....."
the crankcase ventilation system,hehehaha...That would be sweet.
Even if I could just get them to give me the parts would be sweet too.
Dealers will replace the throttle body, throttle cable, change air cooler piping and crankcase ventilation hoses.
How long are the recalls honored for? I feel kinda dumb calling volvo and saying,yea ummm,I got a recall thats 13 years old...can I make an appointment?
Im pretty sure volvo will ask for the vin number,the tell you,your car wasnt made in the plant where the throttle problems were.

yep theyr good forever.I called volvo and the dealer said the records show it being there from 94 to 2003 religiously and no recalls done it.Hmmm im waitng for a call back to make an appt.
