Secondly, Yesterday, i noticed an oil leak from air hose of the turbine underneath the car and the turbine is failing to accelerate simultaneously as i press the pedal, and is kind of choking.

And the last thing - the radiator is not turning off after i stop the car - I made an experiment, and let to idle the car for couple of minutes, but the radiator was still working.
