Hello all,

Need help with injectors of my 1997 850 turbo. I read there are two o-rings, upper and lower. Where is the other one, is it side the rail?

Any idea where to find the yellow spacer near the tip of the injector. FCP carry the o-rings only. Please the pictures. Thanks.

 

Pull the injector out of the rail to find the upper!

 

Pull the injector out of the rail to find the upper! You'll have to get another injector for that end cap!

 

Appreciate your advice....is there another option than replacing the injector? like replacing the yellow seal only? I have three seals cracked out of five.

 

Get an injector from the JY and see if they're broken! Have to be gentle they are fragile! Other than that????

 

Sorry for the late reply. I installed used injectors but didn't work, so I put the old ones back and are working fine so far. Didn't find the exact used replacement(Part # 0280155759) color red.

I was doing a PCV job and wanted to replace 2 injectors that were cracked near the tip, see picture. I put the old injectors back and they are working fine so far.
