I have a 97 850 Volvo. Today I took the driver side door handle out of the door to see why my door would not lock anymore. Long story short I need another lock. When I tried to install the door handle I could not get the handle to go in. I tried so many different things to get the handle to go in but my main problem is I cant get that hook that is on the back of the door handle to go in the hole. That is my main problem. So can someone please tell me how to get the driver side door handle in. If there is a certain technique to get the driver side door handle in please let me know what it is Thanks .
