I was just wondering i recently bought a pioneer deh-p7700mp headunit for my 1995 volvo 850. My 850 has 2 rear speakers 2 front door speakers and 2 tweeters on the dash. I have heard that i have to buy an external amp to install a headunit. is this true? Is there a way to bypass this amp? Or can i just buy this best kits BHA9220 wiring harness and solder and install the headunit. Any help would be appreciated. THanks!!!

 

I don't know about your wiring kit, but the kit I got with the radio I ordered from crutchfield left everything working perfectly. If the kit is designed for an 850, you should be fine. I also have a 95 850.
