Since i live in an area with many subaru and evo drivers what is the bench mark figure for maximum bhp from my T5? i have already achieved 340bhp! Is there much more for this fine engine to produce?

How did you get 340 with only a tune and exhaust? I'm pretty sure the stock internals will only hold up to around 300. And the stock turbo will only hold up around 270-300. You've preety much passed what many would hope to get out of their car.
Have you dyno'd it?

 

I have no idea how this has been managed i just know a little bit about it having only had her a couple of weeks, i have a list of receipts for upgraded hoses, rica ecu upgrade, new turbo seals, poly top engine mount, full scorpion exhaust, manual boost valve, uprated front brakes, a polished head ( what ever this means ) i am in no way a car buff, i always wanted a T5 ever since being about 15, i was told to look for the rica upgrade and anything else was a bonus. But i do know it runs 340 bhp as my friend has just had a new rolling road installed with a limit of 1500 bhp and my car was the guinea pig, i have a print out to prove if i ever come to sell the beast.

 

That's what I was thinking too, from all the research I've done. 340bhp is really impressive. That's awesome if it's verified.
