Sent you a pm I'm very interested in anything I can do to bump up the power while I have it tore down!

Ok guys, all my parts from IPD came today.... They make some nice stuff for sure, and their packaging is second to none... I also got my NA cams from Rspi yesterday. Hopefully next weekend we can tear it down and send the head off to the machine shop. Can't wait to get this going! Also picked up a black mesh grill for it off eBay. Not sure how I feel about it yet so I will post pictures when I put it on

Hey guys, its been a little while but we finally got it apart last night and found our problem.... A nice size chunk of one of the exhaust valves was missing. Really sucks because like I said when I got the car it an amazing... Anyway we could tell the car had a small oil leak around the cam cover and head right on the corners on the cam gear side well once we got the cams out we could see that where the cam sits it looks like someone had the car apart and chipped that area pretty bad along with some stress cracks on the cam cover in the same spot. I thought we might have done it pulling it apart but after reading the link posted earlier in the thread we were super careful not to do anyhting that should have done that. Also holy cow was the throttle body gummed up.. Anyway now I guess I will be looking for a new head. Here's some pictures of the progress so far
