Default New with a crazy ??

I am new to the forum. I am 8 months pregnant with twins and my seat belt in my 1994 Volvo 850 no longer goes around me. I sadly tug and I pull and I almost get it to connect but it is too tight. My husband and I both have 94 850s so there goes the thought of using his car. I have to wear my seat belt because it's the law and for my protection. Is there anything that I can do, maybe have volvo put new belts in? My husband lives on this forum but was a little to embarrassed to ask for your help. Any information would be great!

There is an adaptor that can be purchased that will extend the seat belt.

It goes between the latch and the belt.

This is not a crazy question at all!
