Default New radiator leaking

I had the radiator replaced 15000 mile ago. Now it is leaking from the same place like the old one. I have to top it every week or else...
Is there a problem somewhere else causing the radiator to crack? Other problems that I know off are three injector seals cracked, moisture in the dipstick, breather system due for replacement. I don't want to keep radiators before researching this time. See pictures.
Any ideas please.

Was it replaced with a new one or used? It should have a warranty, cash in on that. Then take care of your other issues.

What exactly is your question?

Was it new or used? If new what brand are you not having luck with and if it was new they almost all have a lifetime warranty unless you cracked it somehow.

Sorry for the late reply. I got the radiator replaced under the warranty. Thanks for your help.

What can be a cause of breaking a new radiator is worn or broken motor mounts that allow the upper or lower hose to tug on the radiator. It can break off the hose connections from the radiator, the mounting tabs or just pull the seams apart where the plastic and aluminum are crimped together.
