Default No Boost - 1996 850 T

Just completed a valve job and the car ran great except the boost was a bit weak. Gradually got to be no boost. But the car was otherwise driving well, no drivability problems at all.
Then the TPS went out. Replaced it and it was driving well again. Then the MAF went out. Replaced it and it was was driving well again. Then the rear O2 sensor went out, replaced it. All above were OBDII codes. Now it is driving like crap.
No CEL this time - No codes. Hesitates from a start and hunts at 45mph. So this is a separate problem to the lack of boost.
Re: the turbo....
I have checked the turbo, it spins and has no end play.
I have replaced all the vacuum hoses, in fact I installed an IPD TCV and CBV and got the tool to set the actuator adjustment as well.
It was bad enough trying to trace the boost problem, now trying to trace two problems it is driving me crazy. Starting to have turbo nightmares!
What have I missed? Anyone have similar problems?

Have you checked and re-checked to make sure the inter-cooler hoses are on tight ?? Seen a lot of posts where people taking it apart and reassembling have trouble at the throttle body as it's so hard to see if the bottom of the hose is on correctly.

Default Problem found

Having re-checked all the hose fittings and clamps I re-examined all the hoses and found a hole in one of the hoses.
I had previously examined the hoses and not found the hole, it was not visible only found by squeezing and poking.
Now runs great!
Thanks.

Was that hole in the hose on the throttle body? That seems to be the most common point of failure. It usually fails right at the point where the idle air hose is fused to it. Mine did that a few months ago. Ran around like a chicken with my head cutoff looking for the fix to the same problem on my 95.

Now that you found that hole, consider whether your old TPS, MAF, and O2 sensor were actually telling the truth. Just a thought.

You just had to say it didn't you !!!
I did such a good job keeping from asking if he tested them or just replaced them because of "the light".

Thatll do, If you have the coin i would recommend one of the silicone kits from IPD or FCPEURO. boost is a bit more consistent, then with the old most likely oil soaked or dried out lines
