I have an 850 with running lights working in the rear but no running lights or head lights in the front. The malfunction light is on at the dash.
Checked bulbs, fuses, and master light relay all to no avail. There is no voltage crossing the fuse recepticles. Any ideas?

 

So you are not getting any power to the fuses? If that is the case, the main power line going to the panel may be broken. I would check that out first and go from there.
