no reverse on my 850 wagon...
my 850 wagon has 210k miles and has been 'slipping' in reverse for a week or two. now.... i have no reverse, it just winds up/out with no force/fluid at all. all the forward gears are still working normally. my local independant mechanic will put a used unit on for $1200 with a one year warranty.
whaddya think?...
is it worth it?
the car is in pretty good/clean shape otherwise...
and i cant replace it with anything of equal utility/appeal for $1200.
