This is what I've gathered so far.

P0201: Faulty injector 1 or faulty wiring o CPM---will change all injectors.
P0326/331: knock sensors 1 and two---have new knock sensor to replace
P0400: EVAP Emissions System, cut hoses? purge valve? egr valve?
P0445: aftermarket gas cap that looks like a mushroom that belongs in a pizza only...also...evap emissions system purge control valve circuit shorted. MY EGR VALVE IS TOAST?

P0400 usually means a clog in the EGR system.
Did you check the other parts yet?

I replaced the acceleration sensor by the wipers, the old one had the soft gummy coating underneath it kind ripped up or wasted. Changed the cam sensor and two knock sensors....I think I feel it was 50/50 between the cam sensor and the acceleration sensor, both had defects..

Now I got some puddles of oil atop the cam cover. what gives? also some oil by the transmission or drivers side. The oil fell on top of the shaft coming out of the trans and as it spins, I think, swirled it all over man....

I changed the injectors to the ones you find on GLT's and it runs fine but, DAM!, I went from riding a beast to a parched camel in the Sahara's

How much oil in the top?
If there is to much it will leak out of the back on the drivers side.
Also make sure a cam seal is not leaking.

it is quite a bit, enough that the little voids atop the cam cover get filled. I changed the breather box(oem volvo dealer) Did I overtightened the cam cover bolts?

I doubt you overtightened them.
Look on the back side by where the top mount is. There should be a little black insert in a hole that is supposed to stop the oil/water from coming out. Make sure that is there.

Also maybe the oil cap seal is bad.

Either oil cap seal is bad or vent system is clogged pushing the oil out the cap.

Turbo's do not have a flame trap. Only N/A cars do.
Are you sure all the small lines are clear?
