This is just painful to read.
Translation:
I have a 96 855 T5.
It has an ARD green tune, an OBX exhaust, and good compression numbers.
PVC just replaced.
Upper and lower intercooler hoses replaced.
Turbo holds 17psi and wastegate is adjusted properly.
When driving it, even at WOT the car will not rev over 4000rpm, and doesn't have the power it should.

It's a auto and has about 170k on it.
Been like this for a few months thought it was the upper intercooler hose collapsing but I changed it and it didn't fix the problem.
The car runs and drives fine pulls great but after doing a few pulls it just holds 4k and if i drop it down in first gear it will go past 4k but in drive or 3rd it just doesn't rev out.
