OBD II Help.....

My 95 850 recently went into some real rough idleing and I pulled 3 codes from the obd II. they are # P1310, P0304, P0305 I have tried to research these faults and came up with " misfire emission level clyn 4,5 (twc, is this the catlyitic convetor?).
Can anyone lead me in the direction of these repairs? I am a DIY type of person with a couple of wrenches...
