This is normal. PCV might fix it.

check how much your oil goes down after driving. I was loosing about 1/6 the pan after a test drive from what i can only assume to be bad seals on the turbo leaking so badly that the car is actually sucking up some oil through the intake and burning it off. This is difficult to tell, but if your having turbo issues on top of other oil problems consider this. Rebuild kit shipped from Japan, lol. Should be here next week. 64.95

If there isn't a lot of oil pooling in there, then that is normal. If it seems excessive, then it is probably because of the bad PCV and it should resolve itself once you are done replacing it.

It's normal. The main hose from the PCV system will carry some oil in and dump it back into the intake hose. Add a catch can if you want o lower that amount of oil that goes back into the intake if you wish.

My PCV was just replaced not even 1000 miles ago. oh wait, that could be from the hoses being switched on the flame trap. I'm gonna write that down and look. Still my turbo boost issues wouldn't be corrected by the PCV hoses being switched, rebuild was needed.
