I'm thinking leaky head gasket.....

I think it could be radiator but worse case scenario would be Head Gasket.

Have the engine compression-tested. If it tests good, the oil cooler has a leak in the radiator in which case you may want to replace the radiator.

RE: Oil in overflow tank??????????????
Turbo or non turbo? If you have a turbo my guess is that the oil cooler line in the radiator has failed. If you have a non turbo and an automatic transmission the transmission oil cooler in the radiator may have failed. Are you sure it is engine oil or is it ATF?
How does your engine oil look? If you have the automatic, how does yourtransmission fluidlook? Those are alsoclues. ...Lee |

Good point on the compression test. That should tell you if it is the head gasket or not
