One More Time -- Light Bulbs in Switches ??
The light bulbs in my Door Lock/Unlock, Fog Light, and Headlight Reminder Switches are burnt out.
I read that ... The switches can be removed by depressing the tabs on the switch with a flat bladed screwdriver.
I covered my small flat-bladed screwdriver with cloth medical tape to prevent scratching the plastic. Some folks use cardboard.
There are two tabs on my Door Lock/Unlock switch. The one on the left is at the top of the rocker button, just below the light. The one on the right is 1/4 inch from the bottom of the rocker button, just above the letters - "LOCK".
I used my small flat-bladed screwdriver to lift each tab (two) on the connector to the wiring harness. Then, I was able to remove the switch.
I used my small flat-bladed screwdriver to turn the plastic bulb holder 1/4 turn to the left. Then, I held the switch with the rocker button to the sky and lightly tapped the back of the switch on my kitchen table. The light bulb and plastic bulb holder fell out.
Now, the bulb does not want to come out of its plastic bulb holder.
Can the bulb be pried out of it plastic bulb holder?
Do I buy a new bulb with corresponding plastic bulb holder?
To save time, I'll simply go to the dealership and buy the correct bulb -- rather than going to my local neighborhood electronic parts store.

RE: One More Time -- Light Bulbs in Switches ??
On some switches, you can remove the bulb from the little white holder by unwrapping the light bulb leads and then pulling the bulb out. If you look closely on the bulb holder you can see the tiny leads wrapped around the holder. You can then go to Radio Shack and look for part # 272-1092. It's a 12V microlamp (clear) that fits in the holder. $1.49 for 2 bulbs. Hope that works for you!
I've done this on other switches like the info switch and TRACS switch with good success...don't know if the LOCK switch works the same way.
