Problems after chipping V850 2.3T5 (SOS!!!)
is there a chance some one has the ACCURATE vacuum hose diagram- 1 have 2 different ones - and have no idea which one is right - the one under the hood is pathetic-i need a step by step connection diagram for every vac line -if there is one --by the way --UPDATE ON ENGINE REBUILD ! its all back together and im waiting on the belt tensioner - but now i found the water pump is shot - it was not more than a year old belt is new pulleys are new - i guess the water pump freeze plug leaks coz of all the high pressure that was built up in the engine in the past - that caused the head gasket to blow and the oil seals all popped -please advise if any info- is it possible to replace the freeze plug on the water pump??
And about BCS. Are there non stock for higher boost pressure?
The waste gate rod does not need to be adjusted for higher boost when running stock BCS.
IPD has a GM one that you can install. But the ECU controls it so the stock one would be fine.

So what could be cause of DTC 4-1-4? There are no other faults found during diagnostics.
Wastegate is not adjusted, BCS hoses are connected well... Checked these things many times.
All you need is a little pump and a pressure gauge, you hook hose up to it and then put air into it until the pressure gauge reads about how much PSI you want to be running, and then you adjust it accordingly. I think that's how it's done, but no, it's not hard.
Well, it is quite simple to do when you have wastegate removed, but when it is installed in the car it becomes almost impossible to do this. Or am I wrong?
Might it be that my problem is related to leak of pressure somewhere in system? I think in that way: turbo boosts some pressure, air goes through MAF, but somewhere a little part of pressure goes out, so there is a misstatement between MAF indication of air flow and other parameters which ECU indicates, so ECU turns service regime (lowers boost for saving engine, 4-1-4 boost pressure too high). When MBC is installed, ECU can not reduce boost, but it sees misstatement, so I get fuel cut.
Do I predict correctly? Because DTC 4-1-4 often appears when air leaks somewhere.

Could anyone give a little support how should I check the vacuum system and turbo hoses? Do you have some kind of scheme of all hoses in a turbo system?
i have a T motor - at least thats what is says on the manufacture plate on the driver side wheel well
B5234T - 854T #34 OFF THE MANUFACTURING LINE ----- WOOT!!!!
I DONT WANT TO F^&* THINGS UP AFTER ALL THAT WORK
I HAVE THE WIERDEST MOTOR CYL 1 IS -D.2 IS D. 3 IS E. 4 IS E. 5 IS D.
most engines ive seen for volvo all pistons are either D or E mine is mixed is it a screw up ??
omfg it jumps so quick without the turbo set right - i gotta go easy
the other thing is my boost needle is at 1/4 instead of at the white line is that ok??
im thinking vacuum leak ---- AGAIN
