Default Quick Intake Measurements

Im almost ready to cut an weld my intake box. I just want to make sure of the height.
Can some one with one of the open element intakes take a quick measurement to verify.
I need:

1. Height against the battery...
2. Height on coil side
3. distance between Battery wall and coil side wall

3 quick measurements

Also once it is done, I will be able to replicate it easily, so once I post the pics and if you like it and want one.... You buy the material and Ill make it up for you.

I'd probably buy one. Additionally, I'm probaly getting my entire hood repainted this summer, and while I'm at it, I'm gonna have a buddy of mine weld in a NACA duct over the intake box area.

I was thinking about that instead of the behind the bumper intake.. Not the Naca exactly but defiantly a inlet Im just worried about the water, after all we do get some random heavy rain storms here in miami.

A NACA duct isnt gonna let in enough water to hydro lock you. Realistically, if you design your intake box right (which is gonna have a lot to do with where in your box your filter is, and where the opening for your duct is, and where they are in relation to one another) and use a NACA duct, your filter should get all the cold fresh air it wants without having ANY water hit it.
