Radio/CD changer sending code E-02???

Radio/CD changer sending code E-02???

When I push CD for the changer it says E-02. Anyone know what this means? CD changer ejects and I changed the fuse, just won't play.

This is happening to my Radio when i push the cd button, Anyone know what this means? Any help is appreciated

Same problem here. Any resolutions? Sorry for the bump, but I haven't found a solution on the web.
