Im will be ordering new cd radio from crutchfield with kit for install. Anything i need to know or hints, i talked to guy and his son has 95 850 wagon and said it was very straight forward. How do i get old radio out of volvo?

I did a search and found some stuff about radio install, but cant seem to locate that information now.

There should be 2 tabs on the left and right side of the radio face, just push them in and they will pop out. Then just pull straight out. Might need a small screwdriver or knife to push them in far enough. It is a very easy install. I did it on my old 850 and I'm an idiot. Took about 20 min. or so splicing the wires into the harness the night prior and 1 min. actually install the head unit. What kind did you get?
