Hope the switch on the center panel is not turned off. It is there for child safety and disables the switches on the rear doors. Another thing I have noticed is that rear switch usually gets bad contacts and the easiest way to check that is if you excercise the switch when you have the ignition on and the 'rear window safety switch' on the center panel turned to ON position, it will work intermittently after like 10-20 pushes.

work the on off safety switch back and forth a bunch of times then try it. If that doesnt; work then try pushing the switch ON and pressing on it. Then have someone try the back door switches. Most likey the switch is not CLOSING so they are always OFF, it would be wired like that because it is easiest and also the default or failure mode is the safer of the two options. If the switch fails it opens and it is always "safe"

well i figured this out. my back window switches in the center council were pushed down further then the front switches were. well my switch is falling apart but when i got them back up the rear windows had power again.
so now my question is how to i remove the center council window switch so i can repair it?
