Take them to a shop, that is how you install them.
Honestly not trying to be rude, but if you have to ask it probably isn't as job for you.
Now it isn't a terribly tasking job, but it does don't some work and time.
Personally I would have it done by a shop.
Also they are adjustable after installation.

They are adjustable, but you have to remove the lower bolt and pull them off the stud so you can rotate the lower half of the shock. Pushing the shock all the way in and rotating is how you adjust it.
Rear shock and spring replacement is an easy job.
