Right Hand v Left Hand Drive Parts

Im in Australia, ordering parts from the USA

Are the steering parts (tie rods) the dame for LHD and RHD drive cars ?

That seems like a good gamble. The geometry is not supposed to be affected. if you can see the part numbers, though, I don't think you'd have to guess.
