Default S70 seats into '95 850 GLT

I am looking for a definitive answer if both the front and rear seats can be swapped out of a '98 S70 into a '95 850. I have searched up and down and recognize that the fronts can be made to work, I can't find anything on the backs? Also, in one of my searches, there may be several ways to swap the fronts.

Any help would be great. The current car is great mechanically, the leather is "toast" and the drivers seat back won't change positions. I have taken it apart, and tried the method described in the how to section on fixing the seat back, but to no avail.

Thanks again for any help.

Todd

They'll fit, the question is if you're going from manual seats to power seats, cause then good luck figuring out how to wire them in. I could not figure it out, I have heard of others that have gotten it, but I have not seen any wire diagrams regarding it. I ended up swapping skins and foams onto a manual bracket. You'll also need to swap over the seat belt buckles, they are mounted to the seat differently between 850s and x70s.

Powered driver, manual passanger. I am assuming that the connectors were the same, based on your response, it appears they are not. Is that correct? Did the back seats just drop in as well?

Were the seat belt buckles a simple unbolt from one, and bolt on the other?

If your going from power to power then it's direct bolt in. Passenger side on the x70 seat is a bolt. Driver's side on the x70 seat is a giant *** rivet. If one of the x70 seats your putting in is power, and the spot it's going in is a manual, then you got problems. Rears are direct drop in.
