Default Severed tube
Opened the hood of my 1994 Volvo 850 and found this tube that was not connected. I don't know what it does, or how to get a new one. If someone knows please tell me.

It's a pre-heat air pipe to supply warm air to the fuel system in cold weather. Part number is 9438274
