so today i decided that i was sick and tired of my sloppy lose shifter. when i pulled out the shifter bushing i was amazed at what i found....



so that was quite interesting. i have now replaced it with a nice solid roller bushing.



aka a skateboard bearing haha.


long story short the shifter is much more stiff now.

nothing but the best! haha.

makes it stiff and tight, but yet smooth to shift.

 

Did you have those bearings or have to buy them?
Any snags installing them?

I think I might do mine when swapping the tranny's over.
