sound from vents/dash area
hi all, (i have a 94 n/a 850 sedan) On the dash vent controls there is an air recirculation on/off switch (which i understand what it does). When the switch is on (closed) no sound, and when the switch is off (open) a rhythmic clicking occurs. guessing something is broken but not sure where to look to start. I will probably wait until the weather warms up before digging too deep. thanks in advance.

There is a lever on the motor that often breaks.
Go to 5:45 on this video. The part is located behind the glove box. |

It could be the shaft the motor operates has broken and you're hearing the motor trying to turn the door to it's proper position but just clicking against the shaft.
