Default Starting and Acceleration Hesitation

So, I recently repaired a oil leak on my non turbo 850. I replaced the cam seals. Now, ever since the repair, when I start the car it misses for about 10 sec or so then when you drive the engine sounds fine but very bad acceleration and living in PA it is even struggling on hills. Any one have an idea? I thought MAF but just replaced it with an oem about 8 months ago. Any help would be great!

Is the car turbo? My guess would be that your spark plug wires are on wrong or you have an intake tube loose.

Default hesitation

changed the spark plugs probably about 5,000 or less miles ago. I fifn't move the spark plugs but it is possible I put the rotor back on wrong but I didn't even think the car would run if that was messed up?

Default 50mph

So, now I get a max speed of 50mph on the highway and 25-30 on hills. Something serious is wrong. The funny thing is it sounds fine except for about 10s after startup when it misses. Could my sprak plugs really be bad? Or is it something else like fuel pump, should i clean my maf. Any other ideas would be amazing guys thanks!

Incorrect valve timing? You did all four cam seals?

yes, did all four cam seals but made sure everything was back in time. there was a point where the engine got moved and the cams didnt but I got it back to line up with the bottom of the engine. I guess it could be possible considering the bad startup. Do you think if it was off just a little it would do that? I kinda thought it would run a little worse if it was off. Could it be a clogged cat?

Ya the bulb works, and I actually have a scanner and get no codes. I'm stuck guys what about a blocked catalytic converter, 200,000 on the car and I think the original is In it.
