Man it could be a number of things. Do you feel it in the car or in the steering wheel? When I was driving my sedan I felt some vibrations that started around 78, went away at about 84, came back about 96 and away again around 105. Turned out to be the tires.
Most shops balance the tires at about 45 mph. I asked the shop to run the balance up higher to try to get it solved. I told them the speeds that I was having vibrations and they asked where I was driving that had those speed limits. LOL I think they ran it up some because I had no more vibrations below 85 mph. I did notice that my tires usually stayed balanced for about 3,000 miles. Also, if I ever spin tire and left any rubber anywhere they were no longer balanced.
The big thing about it is that if you have any suspension problems your alignment shop should catch it. Bent wheels and loose axles can cause vibrations as well.
How are all of your motor mounts?

lol.you r funny man.the car shakes and through the steering wheel.when it gets aabove 70mph it shakes. through the seats too like the tires are coming off.can a bad motor mount let the car shake too?l plan on replacing the upper mount with ipds mount.also my rim was bent a lil bit and l fixed it using a plastic mallet. And l got it balanced so l dont know why its still shaking.

As explained, if they don't do a good job balancing or balance at 45 mph, it may shake at 75 mph. Good tires do make a difference. The faster you go the more sensative the car will be to bent wheels and other things like worn mounts.
Rotate the tires and see if it changes at all. If it does, maybe you need new tires.
This car is giving you fits. Have you gotten that ticking sound taken care of?

l am 100% sure that the ticking sound is from the oil sump Orings. l see bubbles in the oil as explained on IPD website. and on Matts website they commented that l should change the rings and that will help cuz the lifters are being starved for oil. so l will change the rings and see what happens. this car has been giving me any big of a problem. you when u get a used car you will definately get something to fix. better off to get a new car.LOL
