strange noise when turning right
both slow and fast.. more fast then slow.. its fairly constant.
the wheel only needs to be turned a few inches to notice...
I have already checked the wheel well from obstructions.. or loose inner fender.. but it doesnt sound like plastic

I want to say wheel bearing but it doesn't sound obvious.
Check the tightness of the lug bolts.
Jack up the front right wheel, turn the wheel to the right and spin the tire by hand. Also, pull on the wheel to see if there is any play.

I got a chance to jack it up and spin the tire in neutral
well no sound.. I turned the wheel to the right and tried.. nothing either.
How would I check for a wheel bearing?
The car also needs a balance.. as I am getting a vibration from the front.. or this vibration might be from the noise?

VERY EASY to check wheel (hub) bearing. Simply jack up the front of the car, with the transmission in neutral, take one hand and hold on to the spring while spinning the wheel with your other hand. If you feel any slight vibration, it's bad or going bad. A good hub bearing, you would not be able to feel anything on the spring. Also, check your CV joints just in case if you suspect the axle.
ORIGINAL: rejeep
I had the hubs done by my dealer three years ago when I bought the car...
any idea on how long these last...
should I even bother talking to the dealer.?
