Tail lights dull
So the plastic on my tail lights are all dull and ugly. I've seen some posts about tinting them, and that isn't that interesting to me, but having them look somewhat shiny and newish would be. I tried some really fine sandpaper, but it didn't make it any better.
Anyone found a good method to make them look better?

Have you tried PlastiX by mequires? It's a polish for plastic lenses. It did wonder on my old miats's headlights, and it makes taillights shine more. It will take out the dullness from 2000 wet dry paper. I have used it to 'shave' the little writing on the lenses that always clog up with wax and dirt. You cut down the writing then do 400, 800, 1500, 2000, then a plastic polish- I used the PlastiX and was quite pleased with the results. www.properautocare.com has a few products for polishing plastic, and they have a great website with tons of information.
Also, Blue Coral makes a headlight polish. I used it on daughters boyfriends and my Tahoe. Really amazed at how much of the dullness it removed. $5.99 at Autozone.
