Default temp sensor inlet fan replace

Hey gang,

Long story, but I managed to re-build my fan motor (yehaw!) but now I'm getting 414. I blew some air into the inlet fan and got some dust bunnies out. If I have to replace, I'm not certain how .. have to pull the headliner?

Thanks, K4aF. Hmmm .. I might disagree with the "you can carefully pull out the sensor" part. I can see the sensor through the hole in the headliner, but I also see it seems bigger than the hole and there is a screw (that I can't get to) securing the sensor/fan. Anyone know if when I turn on the system, if I should see that little fan go? Neither side seems to be spinning, but the system is working (for now) and follows the temp settings that I set. The fan has been intermittent and threw codes for the motor resistor, the motor and driver's side fan/sensor. I rebuilt the motor as I couldn't even turn it by hand, and did a visual of the resistor. I think the resistor shut off power to the motor when it over-amped. So, now the only code is this sensor/fan.
