Throttle Body Engine Light
My 97 850 T5 is throwing an intermittent code about "no voltage from throttle body". Is this due to a fault in the throttle position sensor or could it be something else?
Thanks!
Thanks!
If the scanner being used reported the TPS was bad, it probably is the TPS/its electrical connections that needs attention (Volvo's self-diagnostic isn't very accurate sometimes).
I would try to clean the electrical connector with a can of electrical contact cleaner and clean the throttle body. Do this with the ignition off, and it it were me I would also disconnect the negative battery cable, which is kind of a pain in the south end.
Give us updates if you would,
JPN
