Where can I find touch up paint for my 95 850. Also does anyone make paint to match my ugly tan interior.

www.paintscratch.com is a good source for exterior paint touch up kits. You can get the pens, spray, or the nail polish brush type kits.

JRL who hangs out on Matthews and Swedespeed has a guy that custom mixes up an interior leather paint/dye that you spray on with an airbrush. There are a couple of variants on the beige interior so you really need your interior color code to get the correct shade. The codes are on a tag on the inside of your fender near your battery. Your local Volvo Dealer Parts Dept normally carries the touch up kits.......take your VIN in with you.
